Extended the sixth level to about twice the size

Added new glider physics to coincide with the addition

Added a new texture for ice and added snow in many places

Added coins and a score display at the end screen

Added a pause menu, with options to change viewport size and character mid-game

Changed the font to avoid the odd font issue
